Criteria for Students of the Month
These awards are given to students who excel in the following categories:
Academic Excellence
This student attains academic excellence by:
- Being self-motivated.
- Setting goals.
- Using his/her time wisely.
- Producing work that is accurate & legible.
- Going beyond basic expectations.
Outstanding Effort
This student demonstrates outstanding effort by:
- Having a “can-do” attitude.
- Persevering through obstacles.
- Showing exceptional growth in an area.
LEADERSHIP in the area of (expectation of the month)
This student demonstrates leadership skills and embodies the LFMS statement of purpose. The student follows the school wide expectations and are a role model on campus.
